CREDAI announced MoU to facilitate social benefits to Construction workers at sites
Ashneer Grover, Founder & Ex MD of BharatPe and Sporting legend Leander Paes addressed the youth.
The 5th edition of CREDAI Youth Conclave (YouthCon) was held over the weekend in Jaipur, Rajasthan. CREDAI established Youth Wing almost a decade back to nurture leadership amongst young developers including second, third generation developers.
Reiterating its focus on labour welfare, CREDAI President announced an MoU to facilitate delivery of BOCW and other benefits to eligible workers at CREDAI member project sites.
Speaking at the inaugural of YouthCon, Mr. Harsh Vardhan Patodia, President, CREDAI said “This year’s event aimed at bringing together both women and young developers to foster innovation, discuss the dynamic nature of the industry and its future. It has been encouraging to see that more women are joining the industry and breaking the age-old stereotypes. CREDAI is committed to revolutionize real estate and will continue to organise platforms to encourage new ideas and innovation.”
More than 500 young developers including 100 women attended the YouthCon. Business leaders like Ashneer Grover, Founder and Ex MD of BharatPe and Sporting legend Leander Paes were some of the star speakers at the event.
The CREDAI Youth Wing has more than 2500 developers and organizes study tours, leadership talks, knowledge sessions on various aspects of the Real Estate Business.
