CREDAI launches ‘CREDAI Awaas’ App; one-of-its-kind platform to facilitate home buying
- Awaas App/Portal facilitates direct connect between home buyers and developers

15 February 2020, New Delhi: CREDAI, the apex body of Private Real Estate developers, today launched ‘CREDAI Awaas’ app to facilitate ease of purchase of residential properties by home buyers. Through this initiative, CREDAI aims to provide a credible platform for prospective home buyers, to identify their preferred projects and contact developers directly. The App can be downloaded from Apple app store & Play store and can be used by both National & International Buyers. The app was launched by Honble Minister of transport, Housing and Enviroment, Forest, Law of Chattisgarh, Sri Mohammad Akbar alongwith Chattisgarh RERA Chief Sri Vivek Dhand.The initiative was announced by Honorable Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, during the ‘’First National RERA Conclave’’ held on November 4, 2019 in Lucknow.
Awaas App is an exclusive platform for CREDAI members, which will showcase projects from 220 cities and witness participation from 20000 CREDAI developers nationwide. It will be a one-stop destination for buyers to connect with developers and survey properties.

Since the real estate sector has evolved, the mobile app will help increase transparency in the sector and improve trust between developers and home buyers. The platform would also enable buyers across India and abroad to identify their preferred projects and developers without any ambiguity in the process.”
