25TH FOUNDATION DAY
CREDAI celebrated its “Foundation Day” on 25th November at JW Marriott, New Delhi Aerocity, drawing over 500 delegates. The occasion was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Shri Piyush Goyal, Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
On this occasion, CREDAI launched a special edition of its coffee table book, which was unveiled by the Minister. A tribute to past chairmen and presidents was also presented through a magnificent sand art installation by Padmashri Sudarsan Pattnaik. This tribute honored their significant contributions to the organization's growth and success over the past 25 years. Patnaik's intricate artwork served as a visual celebration of their leadership, highlighting their role in shaping CREDAI into a pivotal force in India's real estate sector.
Additionally, an MoU was signed between CREDAI and NABL for setting up temporary testing labs at construction sites. Two sessions were also organized on Sustainable Urbanization—Balancing Redevelopment with Future Growth and the Role of Real Estate in realizing Viksit Bharat by 2047.
The Silver Jubilee celebration featured esteemed corporate leaders, such as Mr. Anurag Mathur, CEO- Savills India (Retail & Industrial Warehousing), Mr. Ankit Gupta, President- Brookfield Properties (Commercial), Mr. Santosh Kumar, Vice Chairman- Anarock Property Consultants Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Mitrabhanu Choudhary, Partner at EY, and Dr. Bimal Patel, a renowned architect, among several others.
