New India Summit

New India Summit (NIS) is a platform to discuss, deliberate, and highlight the issues connected with Tier 2, 3 & 4 cities, come to conclusions and prepare a plan of action to address the challenges. Further, expert speakers from the industry, academicians, consultants, Government stakeholders share much-needed insights on various topics covering problem-solving skills, handling growth-related issues, usage of technology to boost construction activities, decongest metros, generate jobs, and contribute to the growth of the GDP and the growth of the nation.

Opportunities in Tier 2, 3 & 4 cities are coupled with challenges and also the need for up-gradation, improvisation and technology-enabled development.

About the event

Date- 29-30 April 2022

Objective- The 2020 Pandemic severely impacted all activities worldwide, including the construction sector. Skyrocketing prices of construction materials, the migration of laborers, and acute shortages were among the challenges faced while adhering to a plethora of guidelines for continuing construction activities. Even well-established and reputed developers were actively seeking avant-garde solutions to address the new scenario. In response to these pressing issues, the 4th edition of NIS focused on tackling the emerging situation with innovative ideas. The theme of the summit was "Cruise: Navigate the Future."

CREDAI NIS 2020 took place on 15-16 Feb 2020 at Mayfair Lake Resort, Atal Nagar (Nava Raipur).
