Why NIS 2020?

India with its rapid growth and evolving urbanisation trends needs new cities. With the urban sprawl increasing and overburdening the infrastructure in large cities, creation of new urban centres is of critical importance. Decluttering the metros and creating new economic engines of growth is already underway through various central and state government initiatives.

Upgrading the infrastructure in tier II/III/IV cities will enable them to attract economic/industrial activity to a great extent. Many of these cities are already taking measures to identify themselves as the flagbearers in terms of investments and development.

About the event -

Date- 15-16 February 2020

Objective- To delve deeper into the problems at hand and come up with practical solutions, CREDAI held summits on a regular basis. The New India Summit 2020 saw participation from 500 plus developers who attended the event. The summit emphasized the immense potential of the affordable housing segment in Tier II & III cities, where land prices are affordable and abundant. The theme for this summit was "Let's RISE."

CREDAI NIS 2020 took place on 15-16 Feb 2020 at Mayfair Lake Resort, Atal Nagar (Nava Raipur).
