On the occasion of World Environment Day, CREDAI has launched Kalpavriksha
A Million Tree Plantation Drive by 2021. The novel initiative has been started by CREDAI Clean City Movement. Under this initiative, developers pledges and urges other members to take the initiative.

COVID-19 RELIEF
CREDAI members came forward and collectively contributed over INR 150 crores towards COVID-19 relief across the country. The contributions were made in the form of cash donations to PM and CM Cares Relief Fund and in kind by donating grocery, medicines, sanitizers, gloves, masks, PPE kits, building sanitization tunnels, donating flats for quarantine facility etc. The main focus was to support the migrant workers, underprivileged sections of society and the medical practitioners in these difficult times.
KERALA FLOOD RESPONSE
CREDAI undertook a massive relief and rehabilitation response by mobilizing material and funds to salvage the losses of the severe flood that affected millions of people in Kerala in August 2018. Relief material distribution, repair and reconstruction of houses in some of the worst affected districts such as Puthenvelikara, Aluva Desom, Ranni was the focus during the disaster response. Repair and reconstruction of houses were also carried out in Alleppy, Thrissur, Thiruvalla. Relief material including start up kits, buns, food kits, sarees, blankets and toor dal worth 1.2 Cr was collected for distribution to those affected by the flood. Monetary contribution of 8.22 Cr was made to the various relief funds and to CCF for relief and rehabilitation work, to support those whose lives were devastated by the flood fury.


CYCLONE FANI RESPONSE (ODISHA)
CREDAI Odisha rendered substantive assistance to those affected by cyclone FANI in Padma Keshari Pur, Injana Gram, Patia Bhubaneswar and Bentakar Pada, Sandhapur and Vidyadharpur, Cuttack. Building material like roof top metal sheets and solar lamps with multiple facilities (upto 3 bulbs and a mobile charger) were distributed among those affected by the cyclone. Apart from the relief work, the association also aimed to find permanent solutions to build houses of those who are most vulnerable to the flood, so that they do not have to face the trauma again in the next monsoon.
EXTENDING HELPING HAND TO FAMILIES OF CRPF JAWANS MARTYRED AT PULWAMA:
The members of CREDAI came forward to offer houses to families of Pulwama Attack Martyrs, to express solidarity with our armed forces and acknowledge their contribution towards the country. CREDAI members donated 30 homes across 10 states, to ensure that the families of those who protect us can live in a safe and protected environment.
